This modern and luxurious 3300 Sq Ft. 4br/ 3.5ba single-level home features a brand new resort-inspired backyard including custom designed high-tech salt water pool which has an expansive tanning shelf with luxury in-pool ledge loungers and 10+ pre-drilled umbrella holes for shade. The pool /spa illuminates at night with a custom designed LED lighting package that will keep the fun flowing into the evening.
Lounge in the oversized 8+ person jacuzzi spa and watch the adjustable wall-mounted TV or enjoy the cool misters under the covered porch which spans the length of the home. Entertain your friends/family on multiple seating conversational couches or dine outside at the 8-person dining table while overlooking the picturesque backyard with expansive mountain views. Golfers and amateurs alike can practice their short game on the putting green or just watch the action from the deep-seated couch and cozy up next to the custom fire pit.
The entire backyard is controlled by an easy-to-use wireless screen so you will never be too far away from SPA jets, pool LED lighting, water feature or the backyard illumination package.
